Envision yourself at Barracuda
- Develop and execute a quarterly marketing activity plan
- Work in partnership with the APAC and International (UK) functional teams to gain leverage, localize and optimize centrally produced campaign materials ensuring the most efficient use of the available budget.
- Develop marketing plan with measurable goals to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Support local channel sales efforts to recruit partners that match local requirements
- Build co-marketing plans with designated partners in support of revenue targets
- Identify and manage tradeshow sponsorship to ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and MQL
- Liaise with agency to maintain regular update and drive traffic to Japan website and SEM campaigns on both Google and Yahoo Japan.
- Manage marketing content writing and localisation.
- Manage to forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of programs
- Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and agencies that contribute to local demand
- Experience in project management, new product launch and managed overall regional budget
What success will look like
- The outcomes from the marketing plan will achieve the agreed contribution of waterfall metrics and contribution to pipeline
- Perform regular updates and quarterly business review to internal stakeholders with the marketing plans, activities, forecasted performance, actual results, and return on investment
- Driving sales pipeline with the co-funded partner activities
- Demonstrate customer and market insights in order to input and influence the needs of the region through the wider marketing organization
What you bring to the role
- Strong verbal and written Japanese & English communications skills, including presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 5 - 8 years of marketing technology and channel marketing experience; preferably
B2B SaaS
- Prior Partner/Channel Marketing experience in Japan
- Ability in working effectively with stakeholders, sales and partner community
- Experience in using SFDC and Marketo
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
- Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
- Focused on data and metrics
